VIP Car Service in 3 Simple Steps

Book your car service at least 2 hours in advance.
If you need immediate service text 276-469-2079. Online booking is only available 2 hours prior to pick up.

Check your email for trip confirmation & driver’s phone #.
Once your trip is approved, your card will be charged & a receipt/trip confirmation will be emailed. This can take 5-30 minutes.

Text your driver to introduce yourself & to receive further details.
Text your driver at least 1 hour prior to your pick up time. Have your reservation number & indicate which entrance you would like to be picked up from. Ie: Main Entrance
